Course Enrollment
Q: Who can take a course?
Courses are offered to anyone in the United States, Canada, UK, European Union, Australia and New Zealand over 13 years of age.
Q: How do I enroll in a course?
When you purchase a course, you will be given a username and password. You can use that information to log-in and access your course materials.
Q: How do change my email address or password?
You can change your email address or password in your account profile. It is not possible to change your username.
Q: How are courses paced & what deadlines must I meet?
All course materials are available when you purchase the course. There are no due dates. You have 365 days from the time you purchase a course to complete all quizzes and receive your certificate.
Where can I see my course list and information about my order?
You can view your recent orders, account details, and list of the courses you are enrolled in on the My Account page.
I can’t access my course. Who can I contact?
If you need help accessing the course materials, please reply to your order confirmation email. Unfortunately, some email providers, including ymail.com, may not deliver our emails directly to your inbox so be sure to add emails coming from deliriumsrealm.com to your contact lists. You can also email [email protected] directly.
Where can I find my certificate once I complete my course?
Certificates will be available as soon as you complete all lessons, quizzes, and assignments. You will see a link to download a PDF copy of your certificate in your My Profile section.
Payments & Refunds
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards through Paypal and Stripe. We only accept payments online, which allows you to access your course immediately after payment. For your protection, we do not have access to your payment data. All secured payment data is processed directly through Paypal or Stripe (whichever you choose at checkout). If you have stored payment information with either of those payment services, only they have access to it.
Q: How long do I have access to the materials?
You have 365 days from the time you purchase a course to complete the materials.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we will be happy to offer a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase should you decide that the course is not right for you. No refund will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase.
If you would like to request a refund, use the contact form to submit your request. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process.
Certificates
Q: What type of certificate will I receive?
Once you have successfully completed the course, you will receive a downloadable certificate in PDF format with your name and a timestamp saying you successfully completed the course.
Q: Will the certificate include my final grade or a number of course hours?
No, the certificate does not include your final grade or an estimated number of course hours.
Q: Does the certificate convey academic or continuing education credit?
No, your certificate simply states that you have completed the course. It does not in any way imply you were enrolled in an academic course at an accredited institute of higher learning or have taken continuing education credits.
